RETURNS AND REFUNDS
According to the 52 Article of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Italian Legislative Decree 21/2014, the Client may withdraw from the Conditions and therefore from the purchase agreement for any reason, without need for an explanation and without incurring any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving the products.
GUEST CUSTOMERS:
1. SUBMIT THE RETURN REQUEST
Go to the Guest Order Control area link here and connect by entering your order data..
Enter your order and from here in the return section.
Enter the return request for the products to be returned and you will immediately receive an RMA email confirmation.
Within max 48h, you will receive an RMA Authorization email with the address of the warehouse to return the goods.
2. SHIP THE PACKAGE
Print the return authorization email and place it on the package to be returned.
Arrange the shipment with the courier and the service you prefer, the shipping costs are at your expenses, our customer service does not provide shipping labels.

Our customer care will notify you when we receive your return and its authorization to refund.
3. REFUND PROCESS
The refund will be made with the same payment method used to confirm the order, within 14 days, after verifying if the right of withdrawal can be applied. Before we have to check the status of the returned items.

3. REFUND PROCESS
The refund will be made with the same payment method used to confirm the order, within 14 days, after verifying if the right of withdrawal can be applied. Before we have to check the status of the returned items.
To exercise the right to cancel you must send notification to FiloBlu within the time limits indicated using the procedure for registered and guest users, as described above.
The goods must be returned undamaged, complete in all their parts and with their original packaging (envelopes and packaging), the items must be no signs of wearing or dirt and must respect the following conditions:
- the right to cancel may be applied to the purchased product as a whole; it is not in fact possible to return only part of the purchased product (for eg., accessories, complementary items, etc.);
- in order to cancel, the product must be complete and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: labels, cards, tags, seals, etc.);
- transport expenses (and any customs duty, if applicable) arising from the return of the goods shall be borne exclusively by the Client.
- until confirmation of receipt by the warehouse indicated by FiloBlu is given, liability for transport shall be borne solely by the Client;
- should the goods be damaged in transit, FiloBlu shall notify the Client, in order that the Client may promptly lodge a complaint against the courier that was used and obtain appropriate compensation; the product shall then be made available to the Client, at the same time as cancelling the request for termination;
- FiloBlu shall not be liable in any way for damage, theft or loss that occurs during or as a result of a shipment made for the purposes of returning goods.
The Client will not have the right of return and will not be refunded when FiloBlu will verify one of the following:
- that the returned product and/or its accessories, and/or its packaging are not intact;
- that the product is without its external package and or the original internal packaging;
- that the product is missing some of its integral parts and/or accessories (for eg., fastenings, ties, buckles, etc.).
In this case, we will arrange to return the purchased product to the sender, all the shipping costs will be at clients’ expenses.
