this notice concerns you if, in the past and/or in any case before April 20, 2026, you purchased a product on our e-commerce website, the sale of which during that period was carried out by FiloBlu S.p.A. (now FB6 S.p.A.).

Starting from April 20, 2026, following the lease of the business unit of FiloBlu S.p.A. (now FB6 S.p.A.) by FiloBlu S.p.A., VAT No. 04977250275, the data controller of your personal data for the processing activities for which FiloBlu S.p.A. (now FB6 S.p.A.) was the controller will be FiloBlu S.p.A.

Nothing will change for you: the processing activities, services, purposes, and storage methods will remain the same. The legal bases are the performance of the business unit lease agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) arising from the succession in legal relationships.
